SH series Super Roller Mill

Development concept

Crush power and process capacity are far improved compared with former Roller Crushers.The extra-large type(Model:SH1018) has more than 200 tons roller pressure.This is beyond other Crusher capacity.

SH0709 model is compact but it has high process capacity and crush power.

Key characteristics

  1. The gap between the two rollers is adjusted easily by digital indication.Simply by indicating the setting numbers,the rollers gap is set automatically.
  2. It is important for Super Roller Mill to supply and scatter the materials evenly.The conveyor(option) supplies raw materials to the full length of the roller evenly to make the best use of Super Roller Mill,thus preventing uneven wear on the roller.
  3. With Auto-Controlled Roller Shaving Unit,operator does not need to always watch the machine and roller can be shaved outside normal working time.The unit Model:SH1018 has auto-chip sucking system and the Model:SH0812 has catch-trays to prevent shaving chips from mixing with the raw materials.
